His books, “B.R.E.A.K.O.U.T” share his personal journey and the principles he teaches. Bs'I’s work goes beyond traditional business strategy, and he believes that business can be a force for good in the world. The Uprise City Community has raised over empowering people's success in life

Peter Obi

Peter Obi is a Nigerian businessman and politician, known for his disciplined approach to governance and commitment to transparency. He served as the Governor of Anambra State from 2006 to 2014, where he earned a reputation for fiscal prudence, investment in education, and infrastructural development. A former vice presidential candidate in 2019 and presidential candidate in the 2023 elections under the Labour Party, Obi is widely respected for promoting data-driven leadership, accountability, and youth engagement in Nigerian politics.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your laptop. This year we'll be working on some content creation and we'd love you to get that done in real time while we are together.

What is the dress code?

Wear what’s comfortable and what makes you feel confident around other badass people entrepreneurs. And, we keep the room cool, so be sure to bring layers.

What will I walk away with?

The opportunity to disconnect from life and reconnect to your mission while being surrounded by a nurturing community of other people business owners and speakers who’ll help you reach your fullest potential faster.

Are you selling virtual tickets?

There are no virtual tickets. This is an in-person experience

Do you offer 1-Day Passes?

No, unfortunately the only tickets available for purchase are for the entire 3-day conference.

Will meals be provided?

The event begins at 2pm on Tuesday. That evening we will have a Cocktail Reception. Lunches are included on Wednesday and Thursday. A full agenda will be provided after registration.

Can I give/sell my ticket to someone else?

Yes, but please contact us first. We are very protective of our community of people business owners and would like to give our approval before you transfer your ticket to another woman.

I purchased a ticket and now I have to cancel. Can I get a refund?

No, unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds. All event ticket sales are final.

Is there a room block available?

We've arranged a room block at the Driskill Hotel in downtown Austin for the nights of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. The booking link is provided above under the “where we are meeting” section.If the Driskill hotel fills up, there are several nearby hotels for alternative booking, but we suggest reserving your room as soon as possible.
